Target: Kiel
10/10ths stratus (thin), visibility good. Target identified by green T.I.'s, illuminating flares and H2S. Bombed at 2332.2 hours from 15200 feet, heading 175T, speed 183 knots, on green glow as instructed by M/B. Green glow large and well concentrated and bomb bursts well concentrated. Diverted to Bruntingthorpe due to weather. Tacticts O.K., PFF very good, M/B very clear and his instructions were wisely understood. Looked like successful pid of PFF accurate. Large number of A/C had navigation lights on to Danish coast. Camera operated straight and level.
