| Details | Ramrod 1234. 12 Spitfire IX LF (one landed at Manston with engine cutting) swept Eastern area for targets of opportunity. In at Knocke - East of Bruges - West of Chante - Dixmunde, and out at Furnes flying at 6,000 down to 4,000 ft. Two aircraft fired at two barges just South of Dixmunde - no claims. No flak. Weather over area, no cloud - visibility very good. To S.E. cloud 10/10ths. at 4,000 ft. |
