| Details |
The Squadron, led by S/Ldr. H.C. Rigby, D.F.C., carried out a skip bombing attack on houses of a village at Schoondijke where Germans were taking cover, achieving 11 direct hits. Red section also strafed a number of Met entering the village making two attacks, and Red 4 was nowhere to be seen after the second. F/O N.J. Buchwald was the pilot. |
