Peter Mueller Jensen

(1901 - 1988)

Peter Mueller Jensen was one of the more than 30,000 Danish-Americans who were mobilized during the Second World War. He served in the Army Air Force.

Peter Mueller Jensen was born as Peder Møller Jensen on 30 July 1901 in Tranderup, Denmark. He was the son of Rasmus Jensen and Louise Frederikke Kristine Jensen.[1]

Jensen emigrated to the United States in 1924 arriving in New York on 19 March 1924 on-board SS Oscar II. He settled in Wisconsin.[2]

Jensen enlisted in the U.S. Army (36285267) on 23 November 1942.[3] He served in the Army Air Force, probably as a mechanic.[4] He was honorably discharged on 9 June 1945, and was naturalised on October 1945.[5]
