D.D.321. Armed recce Appeldorn-Leeuwarden-Oldenburg areas. During the day the Sqdr. operating in sections of four a/c each, flew recce in the above areas. Very little enemy movement was found and the total claims for the day amounted to:- 1 Met destroyed, 2 Met 1 H.D.T. and 1 Tractor damaged. The first section was airborne at 11.20 hrs. and the last section landed at 18.00 hrs. The weather throughout the day showed us it's brighter side for a change. Visibility very good.
