Details
DISTILL. 8 to 10 armed trawlers seen off HOORN. Red section dived and attacked. Intense flak came from trawlers. Red 1 [S/L Davies] baled out & Red 4 [P/O J H Gielstrup] crashed into the sea. Many strikes were seen on the trawlers.
